Stomach pains – Took 2 caps of this the night before. First day on this. Woke up with bad stomach pains. I don’t think I will enjoy stomach pains if this is normal.

It works – This stuff will get things moving without question. I did one pill at bedtime as instructed and that wasn’t too bad. Basically you need to be near a bathroom for the first few hours. Still, very doable. Then I took two pills. Whew! One pill is plenty. Two pills made me uncomfortably crampy and had to stay very close to the bathroom most of the day. But if you’re looking to get cleaned out this stuff is the bomb.
